same here Shay, i was down 4 first week, 1 second week and none this week. Hang in there tho. 5 lbs is still good for 3 weeks, more then i would have lost without Alli. As long as it goes in right direction.

Hi all, I feel as though I have hit a brick wall....Really watching my fat intake and my calories and in 3 weeks have only lost 5 Pounds...Urrrrgh..... I am going to give it another week..We'll see.. Hope you are all doing well. Shay
Not leaving, Shay. But you really should check out spark people. Alli is right, it's chock full of great resources and so many people who are all striving for the same things that we are. Check it out!

I found another site called Spark People. It is a HUGE place for dieters, people wanting to get healthy and people trying to stay healthy.
It is EASY too. Their are thousands of people there. Each person can have their own web page if they choose, their are a thousand forums!
Forums with titles such as:
You just pick the one(s) you want to be park of:
Losing weight and loving Jesus
Dog Lovers
Weight Watchers
Separation of Church and weight
Alli Dieters
50 plus (people dieting in my age group)
50 plus pounds to lose
10 plus pounds to lose
The Soapbox
Losing My Religion dieters (I'm part of that one)
The titles give a clue of the type of people who use that particular forum, and they are thousands to choose from, you will find like minded people and meet tons of new frinds whom you add to your page with one click, so you have easy access back to them and visa versa.
All kinds of helpful dieting info, articles, journals, meal planners again this site is MASSIVE. And addictive!
I will keep this little spot open, but truly, this Spark People site is the better place to be.
I f you go get a place there, tell me and I will visit you there, we just leave a comment on your page and you can then click the comment and be to go to that persons page. I wrote an intro about myself, and have the forums I frequent picture on my page, again it's easy, if you see a forum you like you just click it and a pic of it will automatically be on your page! You can upload pics from your puter...
They have their own Tickers you can pick, they have so much I've yet to discover. It's truly an AMAZING site.
I care about all of you, I want us all to be successful, this other site is the place to be. I know you will LOVE it.
This is not about loyalty it's about what's best for each of us.

Over a period of 12 weeks, research doctors gave a group of obese adult’s daily doses of omega-3 fish oil and supervised moderate aerobic exercise three times a week. They compared the results of this group with the other group that were not given omega-3 fish oil.
The group that had the omega-3 fish oil lost significantly more weight, particularly around the abdominal region.
But for me it's doctored ordered for my heart, but I feel like my brain was like a light with the dimmer switch turned down a fraction and now wow! I'm listening to my DAUGHTER call out four names till she gets the right one... Ha not me, the MOMMIE... yeehaw
